Dr. Mosibudi Mangena, former President of the Azanian People’s Organisation (AZAPO) and Minister of Science and Technology from April 2004 to May 2009, wrote parts of Triumphs & Heartaches at STIAS during his residency as STIAS Fellow in 2013.
Dr. Mangena will discuss this “courageous journey by South African patriots” in conversation with Prof. Marlene van Niekerk at the STIAS Wallenberg Centre on Tuesday evening, 1st September 2015. RSVP is essential.
