This colloquium is organised by Prof. Michelle LeBaron,Peter Wall Distinguished Scholar in Residence at the Faculty of Law, UBC and her colleagues Prof. Kim Berman (University of Johannesburg), Prof. Kitche Magak (Maseno University) and Prof. Janis Sarra (University of British Columbia).
