The Third Stellenbosch Annual Seminar on Constitutionalism in Africa (SASCA 2015), jointly organised by the Institute for International and Comparative Law in Africa (ICLA) of the Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria and the Stellenbosch Institute for Advanced Study (STIAS) was held in Stellenbosch, South Africa from Wednesday 16 September to Friday 18 September 2015.
The theme for this year’s seminar was ‘Constitutional Adjudication in Africa’.
